Memorial Day & the Garden

May we always remember.

I've been back at it in the garden,
weeding away. But with all the rhodies
blooming it's not to hard on the eyes.
Here's a few of what's blooming.

These exbury azaleas were suppose to be light yellow.
Imagine my surprise.....!

French Lavender from my son!

These are now close to 20 feet high.

 Surprisingly the goldfish wintered well
and there are many more than before...
They must have been partying under the
ice and snow.
Still waiting for more baby birds to take flight.
No sooner did I write this and another butterball
took flight. I must say he was a low flyer. LOL
My EDiM for May 28th
Hope you are all enjoying the holiday.

All those blossoms are spectacular! I like all the purples and pinks with that splash of orange.

Sharon what lovely photos - I especially enjoyed the one with the flag. Our rhododendrums are done blooming here in Ohio. Thanks so much for sharing - hope you had a blessed Memorial Day.

Your garden is gorgeous, Sharon! I just planted some lavender this week and my fingers are crossed that the bunnies will leave it alone.
I laughed out loud when I read about the chipmunk running off with one of your fairy bells. :)
Hugs,
Zuzu
