SNOW oh no......!

Sunday morning woke to see Mt. Si covered in snow. The snow line is just above our house.
I hope it stays there as I am thinking Spring. Was really a dismal looking day, so I painted.
Plus I cooked  some Pulled Pork, following Mary Ann Moss' recipe. Did it on low in the
crock pot for 8 hours. The smells were driving me crazy but I was good and waited.
Well worth the wait. Thanks Mary Ann. She blogs under the title
Dispatch From LA. You would enjoy her posts. Always something lively there.

It sounds like you made a dismal day into a beautiful one Sharon. Love the painting, you could illustrate books!

Beautiful and thankfully no snow on your property. Pulled pork in the crock pot sounds yummy. I adore Mary Ann Moss and her blog. Sunshine Smiles...

Another pretty painting! I love using my crockpot so will have to check out her blog. We've been having ice and snow, it really hasn't been a bad winter but I am ready for spring.

You always have a lovely painting to show us even on a dismal day. I do love Mary Ann...such fun! Stay warm and give Teddy a hug!

That is lovely! I take it you're done with snow on this first day of March.

I cooked a crockpot meal yesterday as well. Nearly drove the dog and myself crazy. ☺

Crock pot cooking always fills the house with such yummy smells. I used mine yesterday, and even though I didn't eat any of it (meat, and I'm a vegetarian) it sure smelled good. My husband and my son said it was delicious.

I love reading Mary Ann's blog...she makes me laugh.

We are low enough to not be threatened with the snow- mostly rain today - and LOTS of wind. Hoping for a clearer weekend, but not sure we will get that. Love the drawing of Mt. Si.
