Your baby bird experience is fun and so much like mine... but I have a family of Carolina wrens that make their home in my Staghorn Fern.. don't know if you know what that is but it's a large leafed fern that grows out of fronds.. I have a pic somewhere on my blog.. last year and this year too I happened to be right there when the babies took their first flight.. It made my day for sure..
