Thought you might enjoy just a few more pictures of the gardens. I have chosen to slow down and enjoy the blooms this year. In other words "take time to smell the roses"( before the deer dine on them)!

Pacific White Dogwood
The whole tree! The Elk didn't bother it this spring...
This is Lady's Mantle by the fish pond. It blooms bright green flowers and when it rains the raindrops bead up on the leaves. A fun plant but very prolific.
See the little ants enjoying themselves.....
Everybody have a nice weekend!

Oh so pretty....I love tripping around your garden. That dogwood is spectacular....don't think we have them here. Thanks
I'm jealous. I love peonies and I can't grow them down here and I can't grow lilacs ... arggggh! But I do enjoy growing what I can in this muck and humidity! I'm so happy to hear you have bees. Honey bees are having a hard time. :(
Your gardens are so beautiful, I love peonies they are just so difficult to grow around here in the dessert. I had to get used to bee's since I'm right next door to an orchard. Only when they buzz by my ear do I jump and run like crazy!! Have a great day
Sharon!!
that is a glorious rose!! I love the peachy orange with pink tinges and I know that Austin Roses are fragrant. Roses sure do love your climate, the darn deer have god taste!!
I miss lady's mantle here- it is too hot and humid! the blossoms are stunning when added into bouquets with pink and purple flowers.
Thanks for sharing!!
Hugs!

Sharon,
I loved your comment about making a nest when you should have been weeding!!
OK girl ,not get out there and pull some weeds, and don't let that Robin see you making nests. =))
You bless me with your visits.

Oh so lovely are those fabulous flowers in your garden! Don't you just marvel at the colors and the silky softness of the petals? Each year, when my flowers began to bloom, I think about all the wonderful little miracles we are blessed to experience every single day. Thanks for sharing your miracles!
