Yesterday Blue Skies, 70 Degrees & Magnolias

Yesterday it reached 70 degrees here in the foothills!

My magnolia tree that I started from nearly a twig
decided to open in all its glory!
Just wanted to share it with you.
It is snowing at the pass today, just
rain here. I hope it stays just rain!

I love the tulip magnolias. I don't have one and with the damage the winter did to my backyard, I now have room! I'm making a wish list for the yard. :D :D :D

What LOVELY weather you had ... hope the rain doesn't last long and that it warms up again soon. Beautiful sky view and lovely Magnolia blossoms too. Kudos on your well-deserved blogger award ;-)
Hugs and blessings,
