If You Don't Hear From Me.....

send out the troops!
I am somewhere in my garden trying to weed.
I must have been dreaming when I ordered
15 yards of garden mulch and 2 yards of
vegetable soil.
When it was delivered the fellow said,
"You do realize that each yard is 14 to 15 wheelbarrows full."
Thank you Mr. Delivery Man, that was way to much information.
Not only will I be busy with the wheelbarrow but I have to weed first.
Of Course the Elk and the deer came to check it all out.
This should be interesting to say the least.
So if you don't hear from me....
SEND OUT THE TROOPS!!
Paleeez.
Please don't eat the bread crumbs.
They won't be able to find me...

Wow, that's a lot! I ordered one yard of sand and so I know how big it looks when it gets there. You don't get lost in there now.

Better than snow, maybe? Don't you wish everything grew as well as the weeds do?

Funny post! you poor thing. Don't you have some kids you can hire? I'd go dig some up for sure. I bet your garden will be beautiful as always. I planted all my pots two days ago and realized each night I had a visitor who loves my Lobilia! Lots of wild rabbits out here so I found a product that has dried blood and cayenne pepper in it and they hate the smell. I'd love to keep feeding them but I only can afford so much Lobilia(: Don't get lost in the jungle and thanks for your comments, Pearl

Sharon, can't wait to see how your garden is coming along! That certainly sounds like a lot of work, but how lovely to spend time outside.

In a couple of weeks, I will be giving your beautiful rose garden heart to my dear friend. Can't wait to post pictures of it.

You're going to get a real workout pushing all that dirt around!! But think about the end result. You'll have a beautiful garden for the deer and elk!

I feel ya!!!!
We just put down 8 yards of mushroom compost this week and we have another 4 yards coming this weekend so I do know how much work you have ahead of you.
