Little projects

Finishing up more mail art envelopes.
The postal clerk just rolls her eyes. Maybe I
should mail one to her.LOL
Then I am finishing up my bookmarks.
Summer is a great time for reading!
I do believe blogger has fixed the problems.
I sure hope so as I could not leave comments
on some blogs and couldn't read some that came to me.
Then I fooled around making a little photo book.
It is made entirely of my photo's
on fabric.
Pictures of the different seasons around
Wildflower.

The last photo reminding people to close the gates.
We should have named the place The Gates
and not for the latest TV show, but for the fact
if the gates left open the elk do visit the gardens,
munching as they go. I was at the local nursery the other
day and the fellow asked if I needed help. I told him , "no just shopping for the elks dinner!" In the twenty some years we have
been here I couldn't tell you how many times I've said
"Close the gate!"
The back of my little book looks like this,
so it is interesting from both sides.
I garden early in the morning as we
have been in the nineties. Then I
re-water in the evening.
After so much rain you won't hear
me complain (to much)!
Hope all is wonderful for all of you!

Wow! You certainly have been super productive. Your mail art envelopes are lots of fun. Are you bookmarks made of fabric? I love your fabric photo album. What a labor of love. Happy creating...

Hi Sharon,
I LOVE your envelopes...
I use picturesque calendars that are outdated to make mine.Have you tried that?.
It is funny when people find out you are doing something like that they give you stacks of them!!! Of course I can never say no!!
I love your bookmarks... Sure make a nice tuck in gift for a special friend.
Don't get me started sbout Blogger! I never know if it is them or my PC but I have had some frustrations lately!!!!
Sounds like you have had hot weather too..We have been busy catching chipmunks in our yard. They have been little mischief makers but so cute. We set the live trap and then transport them to the country where they can start a new life!!
Happy crafting
xoxo
((((hugs))))

Glad to hear you fixed your blogging problems, but you sure were productive in the meantime. Isn't this sunshine great? A tad hot, but finally it's summer! Love the bookmarks; what a neat idea.

Love the little photo book especially the front cover. And your bookmarks look so pretty all fanned out together. But I'm in love with your envelopes!! How do you make them? Are they collaged or printed? They're beautiful!

Ohh .. and I meant to add..your envelopes are GORGEOUS! Do you make a point to send letters to people, or are they for birthday cards, etc?
People don't seem to send things through the mail anymore( me included). I feel the *need* to get back to it!

LOVE how the post person rolls her eyss hahaha. you *must* send her one LOL!

Speaking of the USPS...my sister in law gets the eye roll as well because she is on a mission to send things that you don't have to put in a box...pinatas, kid plastic lawn chairs, swimming noodles, balls. My kids love seeing what will be coming next. Her mail man isn't very happy with her...but deliver them he must. On our end, our postlady loves delivering the fun stuff. You are a wonderful artist. Thanks for sharing pictures.
