Holiday Cards

This year I decided to quilt my cards. I found fun
fabrics and sewed strips together. Then added
batting and quilted with gold metallic threads.
Topping it off with a tiny gold sequin.
Then I glued my tree onto glossy card stock.
The insides are not finished yet.
I may put some in my shops. Those will be left blank
for your own personal message.
This was a fun project. Cheery and bright!
I have not been able to blog lately as DH has been under the
weather with pneumonia again. Can't seem to rid himself of it.
This from a man who seldom gets ill. So be careful out there, it's going around.
I got the pneumonia shot but was told that it only covers strep pneumonia and there is more than one kind. Oh goody! But so far so good. Knock on wood. Can you hear me knocking on my head...LOL
I am also working on some journals and hope to show you soon.

Hi Sharon
These Christmas Cards look very sweet and with your skills probably won't take long to make a number of them. I usually make my own and really enjoy the process. Hope DH is really on the mend as you are too.
Hugs,
Suzy

Beautiful Christmas cards, Sharon! If we didn't do a photo card every year, I'd have to do some of them, too! Your work is fab, as always.

Hi Sharon,

This looks like a fun project. I hope your husband can shake this thing soon and that you can avoid it altogether.

Hang in there!

Very pretty cards Sharon, and I'm so glad to hear from you again. I was wondering how your husband was doing. Poor guy enough is enough! Tell him I'm praying for him. Can't wait to see your journals and now I'm getting my flu shot and pnewmo shot. Thanks for the reminder.
