Quilty as Charged....

Yup I did it. I caused a "LITTLE" excitement
on Christmas day. My mom told everyone to
pick up and pack away any chocolate they may
have received. They did, BUT they did not know
how good I am at unpacking things. Yup I ate
6 oz. of chocolate before getting caught. Mom
called the vet and then she " had to" (she says...)
give me some yucky stuff so I would throw up.
So I did. I don't understand why she was so happy
when I did it. She kept hugging me and telling me she
loved me. Honestly these people..... hard to understand them
sometimes. Oh here's mom
Yes we had some tense moments but all is OK now. Other than
Teddy's adventure we really had a great Christmas. We woke to this
and

Really beautiful. I am off to the studio and then a little
walk in the snow with Teddy my well behaved dog, NOT !

LOL because you can understand why they like it ... it does taste so wonderful but I had the same chat with my two boys yesterday on why they had to put any chocolate well out of the reach of the dogs... Im glad everything worked out ...hugs wendy

What an adventure, Sharon! (At first I thought this had to do with a sewing adventure from the title!) Glad to hear that Teddy is better. Happy New Year my friend.
MANY blessings in 2012 to you and your family.

Oh my thank goodness all went well in the end....furry family members can be so mischievous in their silly innocence!
I'm happy to hear there was no permanent damage. Uhhh, I would hide the New Year's champagne though...;-) Have a happy New Year's!

Oh,goodness. We hide the chocolate, too. Glad Teddy is okay. Furbabies are really good about getting into things they shouldn't.

Thank God Teddy is o.k. I would have lost my mind, little stinker. He sounds like "Baby" gets into everything and can unwrap presents. No kidding I caught him!

Well that was a close call! We once had a very clever Basset Hound (no, that is not an oxymoron!) that ate a Toblerone bar. He made himself sick, so there was no visit to the vet and he went on to live to a ripe old age. The carpet involved in the escapade went straight out to the end of the lane!
