FairyLand in My Woods.

Just a quick post to share a beautiful site.
After baking a blueberry cobbler and doing
some house WORK I ventured to the edge
of our woods to find this fairyland in bloom.
The colors are spectacular. I wanted to go deeper into
the woods but the bears are in there and I wouldn't
want to disturb the sweetie pies! Now back to work.
Click on photo for some nice closeups.

I LOVE foxglove Sharon, and the pictures are so relaxing to look at, a place I'd love to sit. Well, minus the bears!

Gorgeous, gorgeous foxglove, but you had me at blueberry cobbler. If it wasn't for the bears, I'd be trotting over to your place right now for some!!!!!

I love foxgloves too, I've even got one [yes just one!] in my garden this year the same colour as in your photos.

Gorgeous flowers! I can see them appearing in some future paintings.

Good idea not to venture any farther into the woods. We don't want you ending up as a snack for some hungry bear!

I'll come stand by with my shotgun so the bears don't get you because I want to see more! Ahh you got cougars right? Maybe not they climb trees and you can't see em :/

This is such a beautiful time up here too. The bears are out and about, but they don't come near our house because of the deer fence......and our fierce little terrier.

These are gorgeous, Sharon, and one of my most favorite flowers! I cannot grow them here, so it is such a delight to see them growing at your house. :)
Have a happy one,
