Just finished this journal filled with
60 pages of 140lb. watercolor paper.
Added some of my paper beads for decoration.
The cover is Lokta paper, sometimes called
Nepali paper which comes from the Lokta bush
or the Daphne bush. The binding is a rayon
book cloth for added strength. Measures
9 1/2 by 6 1/2. I've used these for
watercolor and for photo albums.
I thought the pattern was a fun choice.

Sharon I love your journal! I have never heard of Lokta paper, Lokta or a Daphne bush. The pattern you used really is fun!
Ohhh..I love the patterned paper and the beads! Perfect!
It's beautiful, classic. The promise of those luxurious pages is pure pleasure.
Beautiful Sharon, dang women your books just get better and better, but I've loved them all. Hugs, Pearl
Hi Sharon,
This is a beautiful journal! And your watercolor cards are fabulous!!! I love them!
Sharon, I love this journal you created! I really like the paper you chose to fill it with. So often the pages in journals are not to painted, drawn on. Nice job.

Beautiful! I love the simplicity of the paper design.
Love the journal. Thanks for commenting on my blog-another Washington lover.
