First excuse my bad photography! That said I had a
delightful time at my friend Debby's tea party
in celebration of her birthday.
This girl is amazing and so is
my waistline after devouring her
wonderful treats. She made so many
delicious goodies from tea sandwiches to
tarts, cakes, just so many little goodies.
Her table was set beautifully. The teacups from
her collection were lovely.
Her kitty Bobbie had his own chair off to the side.
He was not to be denied being part of this occasion.
I wanted to take him home as he is quite a lover.
Thank you for letting us celebrate with you Ms. Debby
and Happy Birthday.
( Can you imagine cooking and creating this all for your
own birthday...)
On other news DH gave me this planter for Valentines Day.
As the tulips opened up I was surprised at what
showed up. (I changed the contrast so you could see
each pedal better).
Little hearts. how nice was that.
Well it is pouring rain (and I mean pouring)
so I am off to curl up with Cloth,Paper....
and dream of warmer days. (they are
calling for snow Sunday). I say call all
you want...I can't hear you!

I wish I had been at the tea party, what yummy delights.your friend must of also enjoyed making them.
I love tea parties and I think it's a great idea to have one to celebrate a birthday. I may do that for mine this year!!!! Hugs and stay warm.
I think that a tea party is one of the nicest ways to celebrate. I had a lovely time looking deep into that mosaic of goodies and table - and notice that I have that very teacup and saucer.
No snow here, 'tho it is forecast. Just high winds that play havoc with ferry schedules.
Oh, that tea party looks scrumptious! I can't imagine doing all that work for my own birthday though.
Sounds like a fun event! How're you doing? We've been gone, and I'm very behind in my blogging. Looks like you've been doing some pretty things. Love those water colors!
Tea partys are such fun. Your flowers are lovely and what a sweet surprise to see hearts on the petals. Please send rain to us as we are not having winter and it seems so strange. I do love our weather however I know we need the water table rain and snow. Serene Sunday to you dear...
That selection of goodies looks amazing! My waistline would show it too as I'd have to try ALL of them....
Oh Sharon, What a lovely occasion. I love tea parties too...

Sharon, I had so much fun making this tea party, we did have fun. Thanks for posting the picture of Bobby, he needs the special attention, the other cats may have their pictures on facebook, but he has a special place on someone's blog. See you next week. Love, Debby
