I made some holiday luminaries for each
of the girls I have lunch with on Fridays.
The one above is my practice one on a jar.
I was testing out different glues and decided
on a spray adhesive.
Put the paper on the outside
and on theirs butted the seams together.
No overlap as that causes shadows. I
also bought glass cylinders to put the
design on. For the girls jars, just wouldn't do. LOL
I plan on making more all different sizes for
the porch. A fun project once you work the bugs
out.

Luminaries are always so delightful. Yours will be lovely gifts for your friends. Holiday Bliss Dear...
They'll be so pretty lining the porch. You are so artistic that making your own is that much more special. I'd be reduced to looking for graphics.
Sweet gift & great suggestion to not overlap the paper (which I did on my candle this year.) :)
Have a happy one, Sharon!

Zuzu
I love luminaries, just wish we didn't get so much rain so we could use them outside.
What a lovely idea . . . and what a sweetie you are :)
