Watercolor, Weather and Hibernation!

Rainy day today and as I looked out the window
I saw the remains of my flower garden. They
looked like watercolors with all the rain
hitting the pedals.

For sure you will not find me in any
history books!

Just a few cards I am working on for the
shop that sells them in town.
I am just not ready for Fall and how dark it gets so early.
When I hear there is snow starting to fall in the mountains
I put the pillow over my head and think about
hibernating!

I know how you feel - I'm not ready at all for this change in the weather - Mt. Baker is covered in snow - even snow on the lower hills.

The cards are so clever - love them.

I know how you feel Sharon, I shudder to think of snow already! It can stay in the mountains for now, I'll be satisfied with that. Your cards are perfectly perfect!!

Loved your card, 'Well behaved women' so colourful and fun, could be sent to anyone for any occasion. Hope the snow stays in the mountains !

We are having a gorgeous autumn, wish it lasted all year. We haven't had snow for 3-4 years now (and that was the normal 1/4"). Have a good week!

When the rain drums on the roof and the garden turns into a sodden mess I want to pull the pillow over my head too! Your paintings are full of colour - lovely to see at this time of year.

Ah Sharon - these cards are exceptional...I especially love the last one. I don't think I will be in the history books either (LOL) - sorry about snow in the mountains...hope you have many beautiful days of warmth yet and lovely fall weather. Take care and have a great day.

Cute card! Some very well behaved women do, though. I think. I may have to rethink this... ☺

Amen to this. Your watercolor cards are beautiful. I am trying very hard to embrace Falling into Autumn but the dark by 7 pm is really getting me downright tired. I feel like it should be midnight. Come back sunshine...Please!

Hey there Sharon, I am playing that catch up game again. Two wonderful cards. Love those watercolour flowers. I hope the snow holds off for you a little longer. We are just starting to turn the air con on and I must get sprinklers happening on the gardens as they are looking sad from being dry. Take care.
