Bunnies, Bunnies Everywhere Bunnies

I had just finished this painting and was about to hang this in a local shop when a lady bought it.
I t made my day!
It measures 17 by 17 and I must say the rascally bunny really was acting up about having to
pose for such a  long time. Actually this was my second one as the first one was ruined.
The ink pen I used in the first one said permanent ink.....it wasn't. Believe me after days of
work I was very upset to say the least.
I had to rest before my second attempt.
I must say I have a "thing" for rabbits. They reside everywhere in and outside
of my home.
Well I could go on but this is just a sampling of the little critters that
live here.
Hope your day is filled with sunshine and a bunny or two!

Such a sweet picture - and how awful that the pen ruined it. So sorry bunny has to pose for so long - I suppose that a carrot to nibble would be good just about now. Happy week to you!!!

I love that painting, Sharon! How fun that someone bought it before you could even hang it up in the shop. So sorry you had to do it twice. I think it would have taken the wind out of my sails to do another if the first one was ruined. Love your stuffed "headache" bunny, too! Bunnies around our place tend to have short lives due to weasels, but the snowshoe hares tend to do a little better.

I completely understand why that sweet painting was snapped up before it had left your hands! Well done!

Rascally Rabbit is adorable and it is easy to see why someone would buy it from you. Sad about the not-so-permanent pen. I adore your rabbit collection and have several friends who also collect them. Last summer we had a pair of big (jackalopes) rabbits who would come each day to graze on our green lawn. I put some carrot strips and lettuce leaves out to see what they would do. Of course they came when I wasn't looking and guess what...did not touch the carrot strips! Ate the lettuce but left the carrots! Surprised me! Happy Hopping Down the Bunnny Trail...
