Spring has Sprung,finally!

Spring is finally here in the foothills of the cascades and I am a happy camper! Thought I would share just
a few pictures with you.

My yellow rhodi just starting to open.

Love this color!

Star magnolia! Tiny flowers

Saucer Magnolia!Huge flowers.

And last but far from least happy little primroses that just keep on multiplying over the land. I hope you all have a sunny day.

Beautiful flowers! Oh some day I'm going to have a tulip tree. And rhodie I hope. They don't grow to good around here. Happy day to you.

Having come from just around the corner (Chehalis) from you. Primroses are one of the best parts of spring in WA ST, the grow so well. They are not so hearty elsewhere. I keep trying to get them to grow here, but they only last one season, unfortunately. I couldn't give up my rhodies tho, we have even gone out to WA ST & picked some out & had them shipped back to us. Spring I miss out there, the views, the fresh mountain water & when possible the blue skies that peak thru the rainy days.

Lovely pics. TTFN ~ Marydon

Sharon,
You are enjoying your spring flowers while I'm enjoying my Autumn bulbs. Have a look at blog for a pic. Autumn and Spring are my favourite times of year. I'm looking forward to lighting the fire for the first time too.
Cheers, Larna in Aust.

We grow drought resist plants cause its so dry. I love all the wonder full colors.
There is a Chinese proverb that says people who grow things think of others more than thereselves.
I see that in you.
thanks.
