Am I Bad, So Bad......

On Pat's blog last Sunday she told us about Cartwright's. They sell vintage buttons and sequins. So I thought I'd hop over for a look. So I did ! I turned into a kid in a candy shop. "Good grief" Lucy would have said. I am quite sure I was drooling..... It was so easy to just gently touch that little button, you know the one, it says "Add to the Cart".... I hear you Lucy.... Anyway after an exhausting amount of time (there is so much to see) I hit the check out and was done. That was Sunday afternoon. On Wednesday morning I had my beloved package in my paws. I do think the mail lady worries about me... a grown woman squealing with delight as she clutches her box of goodies. So here they are. I thought you might like a peek! They are the tiniest 3mm sequins and 5mm flowers, just perfect for those small projects and puzzle pieces! So thanks Pat (you get me in so much trouble) I love my order. I will certainly shop at Cartwright's again (but don't mention it to DH). Their service is the best I have ever seen and no I don't work for them. Sorry if my pictures are not so hot but they are tiny........!LOL

Nice lot you got Sharon....
I did the same thing.. Spent ages looking and adding to the "Cart"
Then when I went to check out, the shipping to Canada was going to be $25.00 so I cancelled out.. The darn things are light as a feather so why so much.... oh well..Darn...
Their products are sure lovely....
You will certainly enjoy using them.. Now I am going to search for similar in Canada... Hope I am lucky..

LOL @ the postal person, mine must think I am crazy too all the packages I get because I do 90% of my shopping for supplies online, and I love it!
Wonderful buttons for your beautiful work Sharon, not sure if I should click on that link or not :)

Those look lovely, just waiting for the perfect project. I took a class last night in a local paper wonderland. After class there we were with our baskets of goodies to inspire. Project supplies have replaced my love of buying clothes...I leave that up to my eighteen year old.

Happy creating.

I am always so excited to receive goodies in the mail. Unfortunately, we have a box so there is no post person to squeal at! These look like wonderful treasures!

Before the arthritis got bad in my hands post-surgery due to a car accident 11 years ago, I found it hard to do my beloved crazy quilting. Oh, how I loved adding little beads and baubles and stitches to fabrics I'd cut up from prom dresses and mens ties from garage sales! Have fun with your tiny treasures. I think my mail lady thinks I'm bonkers as well, for all the things I order!
