I wish I had a Goat...

Oh I wish I had a goat. He would eat
all those nasty blackberries.
I said a goat...not a bobcat!
Yup another bobcat strolled through
the garden. He wasn't interested in
weeding.
Anyway I am making progress and hope
by June to have it all under control.
Then I can be a lady of leisure
sipping iced tea and stitching away
among the flora and fauna...

just relaxing and talking
to the birds...
(yeah, right)
I'll keep you posted about
my whereabouts!

I could use one of them too! A goat that is not a bobcat. This promises to be a crazy busy week for us with choir but what does your Thursday the 27th look like? By then I'll be READY to shop.

Our neighbors behind us recently abandoned their property...and their goat. I'm thinking about going and roping it and bringing it over here. I'm keeping track of it to be sure it's ok.
Take care, my dear.

Blackberries???? I'd be willing to wear a goat suit if I could eat all the blackberries!!

Thats exactly what you need! Sharon the goat farmer, course you would have to keep an eye out for the bob cat. I love pigmy goats they are just like a dog and would follow you all over the garden. Yep gotta get a goat.

It's one of the things I like about visiting daughter ... the blackberries! I know ... they are a weed for you, but golly they taste good! Hang in there. Hope the goat arrives soon! :D :D

Count me in for a goat, too! Not so crazy about a bobcat though, for obvious reasons. ;-)

Have a wonderful week!

What a poetic way you have worded that! I love it! I hope your iced tea days come soon.

Sounds like a good plan. A bobcat crossed my path on a remote mountain road last year. I wasn't sure whether I was supposed to stand still or run away.

Oh I love the goat! I used to have goats and they are like big dogs, very sweet and very intelligent. Bobcats? OMG, you better be careful or you will be their lunch? Hope you don't have pets that you let outside with him in the area?

I cannot believe it, but I still cannot subscribe. I think I need to go to tech school for dumbies?
