Blissfull Atc Swap and I'm a Little Late....

I was very lucky to get Donna as my swap partner this month. Donna and I had a time figuring out dark as we both are into  working with light colors.  Well Donna sent these two gorgeous ATC's, one light ...one dark and both fantastic.
She also sent a bag of treasures to me.
There were dark buttons, dark chocolate Bliss, and a darling
acorn drawn on wood by Michelle Palmer, one of my favorite artists.
But best of all I now own two Donna Liljegren originals. Thank you
dear friend .
My ATC was a struggle as my brain was on hiatus for sure. But then
I remembered the white garden I planted some years ago as that was the rage
at the time. It glowed in the moonlight and I used to sit and watch the rabbits dance
around the garden at night. (Better than bears, see last post)!
I just might have to plant another one next year!
So I made this one of my garden through the window.
Padded it and did embroidery stitching.
Sorry to be late posting but I got a flu shot and then guess what...
I got the flu. I also got the pneumonia shot so dear DH says
I have flumonia. Not so funny DH. No chocolate for you. I
guess this can happen and of course it happened to me. What
more can a girl ask for, bears, a cougar and the flu (flumonia).
Have a nice day and I will return soon. I hope....

Beautiful ATCs, but most important ... take good care of yourself. I got a tetanus shot, flu and pneumonia shots. I didn't get sick, but I couldn't sleep at night because both arms hurt!!!!! I look at it this way,,, only the flu shot next year!! :D :D :D

Oh Sharon your card is totally awesome! It is great and so are Donna's! Frankly, I feel my card is a bit amaturish in comparison! Anyway, great job by you both.
Take care and get better SOON!

Love your new ATC's, Sharon. And the white flowers against the black fabric are gorgeous! So sorry to hear that you're not feeling well. You're not the first I've heard who's gotten a flu shot and had a reaction. Hope you feel better soon. Sending hugs & love, Terri xoxo

So sorry you are not feeling well. Hope you are better soon. That's precisely why I have never taken the flu shot. I'm knocking on wood though. Get better soon Sharon. That white garden must have been something to see.
