Seashell Scissors Keep

This scissors keep is full of
tiny seashells, sparkling beads,stitching
and  ribbon depicting the underwater
world at the seashore.
It is lined in a batik blue cotton.
The wool felt is surrounded by grape
colored glass beads for sparkle.
I think I shall have to take a trip
to the seashore very soon.
I shall list it on Etsy later today.

What a lovely reminder, to have at hand, of summer days at the shore.

Sharon, whatever you did to the edge of the ribbon that simulates seaweed really makes it stand out. Did you purchase it that way or use marker?
Gorgeous piece!

Aloha Sharon;
That's a gorgeous scissors' keeper. I love crazy quilting too, using silk ribbons, beads, shells and charms.
You have a beautiful blog and I'll be following you. TFS
