Watercolor of covered bridge.
It has turned really cold here. Snowed last night but this
morning in the 20's and everything frozen
including my car doors. That will teach me
to put the car in the garage. So I missed lunch
with the posse as it would take to long to
defrost everything. So I will paint and stay
warm and toasty. Back later with day 11.

Lovely covered bridge. It is very cold here and we have snow and ice everywhere. Only 1 inch of snow but it is not melting. My truck door was frozen yesterday when I had errands to run at 10am. I don't normally leave it out and couldn't figure out what was wrong since it was unlocked. Warmer weather we need you...
If ever we make it to the US this is something I would like to see in real life. Lovely artwork Sharon. We are 28.5C at this moment heading to 33C which is about 7C cooler than a lot of southern Australia. So different. :-)
Dear Sharon - I love covered bridges. This is a great one too. Hope you are staying warm and enjoying painting. Have a great weekend.
I'm watching the bridges of madison county right now and this is beautiful. I love the old wood bridges. Nice job kid!
Sharon, that is awesome work!!!

Sharon this painting brings back many pleasant memories of my visit with my little family in Iowa, as we toured the bridges of Madison county. This is so beautiful!
Very nice covered bridge. It even looks a lot like the one I featured last fall at my place. (I could never paint one...oh no...not even draw a stick figure...nope.) I knew that my comment from the iPad didn't go through so I'm glad to return to comment.
Oh, btw, yes the group is doing well. I can't believe some of those portraits. Wow. In just one day? Amazing. Did you decide to follow along and not join?
