Fabric Postcards

I keep making these little gems and finally decided to put some on my Etsy. They are fun to make and some turn out to be little pieces of art. So here are a few for you to see.
Oh to be there right now, with my feet in the warm sand and the sun shining down.....
This is taken from a photo I took leaving San Fransisco at sunset. Sorry the photo is not so clear as there is a protective netting on the card and it puts off a shine.
This is a barn I pass by during the summer. They sell gigantic sunflowers and when I pass it always puts a smile on my face. On my way back I stop and buy some, of course. I have taken liberties with the size in the photo, but they really are huge.
Love letters, it's almost valentines day! I did this working on the shadow effect.
Space was just for fun. It reminded me that I need more "space" in my studio! So with that last comment I better get back to finding more space. It is a never ending battle to organize my studio. Have a sunny day everyone and think warm.

Hi Sharon, Thanks for stopping by my blog! Should we gang up on Gail Schmidt and tell her a big THANK YOU for inspiring us to clean up our studios!? ;-)

My favorite postcard that you made is the little beach scene. With below freezing temps outside - just what I'd like about now!

I enjoyed the walk with you around the lake and the story about the ghost town. We have dams like that here in north central PA to control flooding where they've moved towns to form the lakes...
They're beautiful! We DO have rattlesnakes in areas up here!

Good luck with your studio!

Hi Sharon! I found you through Diane Knot's blog.

I've bookmarked you so I can visit regularly. I love your little postcard with the houses - what a fun and quick project. I think I need to make one to send to a friend of mine who's having a hard time. :)

Hi Sharon! Tag! You're IT! :-)
This is a wonderful way for bloggers to get to know each other and pass the word around about our blogs. If you'd like to participate, list 7 things about yourself, weird or wonderful, serious or whimsical...and then tag 7 other bloggers, let them know you've included them, and post their blogs on your blog.
How's that sound? Like fun?
I've been tagged by Candy at http://rockcandy.blogspot.com and will be playing on my blog today!
Hope you'll join in the fun!
Diane
